®GLYKOSOL N is a yellowish liquid based on monoethylene glycol for use as a heat transfer medium with highly effective corrosion protection additives and hardness stabilisers. GLYKOSOL N is free of nitrite, amine and phosphate.

Product characteristics
®GLYKOSOL N is used as an antifreeze and corrosion protection medium in all technical areas, such as heat pumps, ground probes, air conditioning systems, heat recovery systems, heating and cooling systems. The inhibitor system reliably protects all commonly used metallic materials against corrosion and deposits.
®GLYKOSOL N is miscible with water in any ratio. A concentration of 20 vol.% should not be undercut, as corrosion protection is no longer guaranteed. All ready-to-use ®GLYKOSOL N dilutions supplied by pro KÜHLSOLE are prepared exclusively with deionized water to ensure optimal heat transfer fluid quality.
®GLYKOSOL N dilutions can be used up to a maximum temperature of approx. +145 °C. GLYKOSOL N is suitable as a corrosion and frost protection additive according to VDI guideline 2035. Upon request, we supply any dilution you require in the specified packaging units.

®GLYKOSOL N is a heat transfer fluid and antifreeze based on monoethylene glycol, specially developed for use in closed heating and cooling systems. It is used as an aqueous dilution to protect systems against frost, corrosion and deposits, and is particularly suitable for applications requiring an environmentally friendly and non-toxic solution.
®GLYKOSOL N is used in various technical areas, such as heat recovery systems, heating and cooling systems, wind turbines, biogas plants, wind tunnels, combined heat and power plants, heat pumps, ground probes, pitch heating in football stadiums, air conditioning of buildings and data centers, frost protection for heating systems, and many more.
®GLYKOSOL N is generally not used as a concentrate, but as an aqueous dilution. The frost protection level can be determined by the proportion of water added.
For example, for pure frost protection we recommend a GLYKOSOL N content of 35 – 40 vol.%, which corresponds to a frost protection of -21 °C to -26 °C. At the specified temperature, the first ice crystals form and a so-called ice slush develops. The solution should not be cooled further.
®GLYKOSOL N should be disposed of properly in accordance with legal regulations. Please contact your local waste disposal company for proper disposal of the used coolant.
When refilling your system, we can assist you with the disposal of the old coolant. We provide suitable empty containers to collect the coolant and can help you select the right disposal company if needed.
®GLYKOSOL N and all dilutions have good storage stability. Containers should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated place and direct sunlight should be avoided.
®GLYKOSOL N dilutions do not separate, even after extended storage periods.
®GLYKOSOL N is miscible with most common antifreeze products based on ethylene glycol.
®GLYKOSOL N must not be mixed with antifreeze products that are not based on monoethylene glycol, such as propylene glycol products or salt solutions. Please contact us if you have any questions.
®GLYKOSOL N is available in canisters of 10, 20, 30 or 60 liters, in 220 liter drums, in 1,000 liter IBC (containers) or by road tanker up to 24 t.
